<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a deposition strength in an overlapping portion of an insulation part.SOLUTION: Ultrasonic deposition is performed on an overlapping portion 32a while holding the overlapping portion 32a between an ultrasonic deposition base 42 with which a linear protrusion 42b is formed and an ultrasonic horn 43 with which an annular protrusion 43a is formed in the state where the linear protrusion 42b and the annular protrusion 43a at least partially oppose each other. Thus, in the step of performing the ultrasonic deposition on the overlapping portion 32a of a first insulation part 32, even if the ultrasonic horn 43 is rotated relatively to the overlapping portion 32a with ultrasonic vibration, a held portion in the overlapping portion 32a in the state where the linear protrusion 42b and the annular protrusion 43a at least partially oppose each other is prevented from being reduced in comparison with before applying ultrasonic vibration to the ultrasonic horn 43.</p> |
