PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication method, a radio base station, and a mobile station.SOLUTION: A mobile communication method relating to an embodiment of the present invention is applied to a radio base station. The mobile communication method includes the steps of: determining resource group shift information for a mobile station; shifting an initial physical channel resource group assigned to the mobile station according to the resource group shift information; determining cyclic shift information of a demodulation reference signal for the mobile station according to physical channel resources not used in the shifted physical channel resource group; and transmitting the resource group shift information and the cyclic shift information to the mobile station.
