PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of writing information data into a memory at a high speed with high reliability, a semiconductor device having the information processor formed therein, and a verification method of the information data.SOLUTION: In response to a write instruction, a verification control unit writes the same piece of information data into a plurality of memories respectively and then reads out the piece of information data from these memories respectively. In this case, a coincidence determination unit performs first verification of determining whether pieces of read information data read from the respective memories coincide with each other or not and outputs a verification result signal to the outside, and simultaneously, the verification control unit outputs one of the pieces of read information data, to the outside as a piece of information data for second verification for determination of coincidence with the piece of information data. |
