PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for delivering a physiologically active substance to cells comprising tumor cells using flavonoid which is a plant polyphenol.SOLUTION: Provided is a micelle nano-complex comprising an anticancer substance which is trastuzumab, and a flavonoid conjugate which is either (i) aldehyde binding poly (ethylene glycol), or (ii) monomer (-)-epigallocatechin gallate or oligomer (-)-epigallocatechin gallate. The micelle nano-complex has aldehyde binding poly (ethylene glycol) conjugated to C6 and/or C8 position of a flavonoid A ring. When the anticancer substance conjugates to oligomer (-)-epigallocatechin gallate to form a complex and is delivered to cells, the micelle nano-complex expresses a synergistic anticancer-effect with the anticancer substance and the flavonoid. |
