MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SIGNAL CONDITIONING PLATE FOR UNDERWATER HYDROPHONE USING SOUND-ABSORBING MATERIALS

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a signal conditioning plate for an underwater hydrophone using sound-absorbing materials capable of firmly fixing the underwater hydrophone. The method of manufacturing a signal conditioning plate for a underwater hydrophone using sound-absorbing materials includes: installing a fixing case in a lower flat plate and inserting and fixing the underwater hydrophone into the fixing casing; forming a hydrophone hole in which the underwater hydrophone is inserted at a sound-absorbing plate and installing the sound-absorbing plate at a top surface of the lower flat plate; and installing a fixed external plate simultaneously making contact with an edge of the lower flat plate and an edge of the sound-absorbing plate so that the sound-absorbing plate is fixed to the lower flat plate. In this case, the sound-absorbing plate absorbs an incident wave transferred to underwater to suppress generation of the a reflective wave and surrounds a periphery of the underwater hydrophone so that the underwater hydrophone is fixed not to be shaken. According to the present invention, upon manufacture of underwater noises, reduction of magnitude of a signal measured from the underwater hydrophone may be prevented by suppressing the reflective wave due to the signal conditioning plate. The underwater hydrophone is firmly fixed to the signal conditioning plate so that the underwater hydrophone is exposed to an underwater environment. External force is applied to the signal conditioning plate not to release a fixed state. Accordingly, when the underwater noises are measured, a signal due to strong signal loss generated from a specific frequency band may be used or deterioration of the reliability of the measurement result is prevented.
