<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corn harvester that facilitates performing residual culm treatment well even in a place where a farm field surface for the residual culm treatment is partially recessed and is simplified in a structure therefor.SOLUTION: A corn harvester includes a residual culm-treating unit 5 and a lifting drive unit 8. The residual culm-treating unit 5 is connected to a traveling vehicle body so that following movement is possible while being grounded, and is hung and supported to the lifting drive unit 8 through a cable body. The cable body 81 is connected with a coil spring 70 that is stretched by the cable body 81 extended in an ungrounded state of the residual culm-treating unit 5 and serves as means pulling the cable body 81 to the side loosening the cable body 81 while the residual culm-treating unit 5 is grounded.</p> |
