This spiral unit is provided with a base tube which is formed from a thermoplastic first resin and extends along the longitudinal axis, and with a fin which is formed from a thermoplastic second resin and is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the base tube, along a fin shaft that extends spirally around the longitudinal axis. The fin is provided with a belt part which is provided in a state adhering to the outer peripheral surface of the base tube and which extends spirally along the fin shaft. In this belt part, magnetic bodies are mixed into the second resin.
