A method and a plant for capturing CO2 from an incoming exhaust gas, are described. The incoming exhaust gas (1) is compressed (3, 3'), introduced into a combustion chamber (18) together with natural gas (6), and partly expanded (9). The partly expanded exhaust gas is introduced into a C02 capture unit (14), before the CO2 depleted exhaust gas (17) is further expanded to produce power. A part stream (25, 28) of the partly expanded exhaust gas, having a low oxygen concentration, is used for cooling of the combustion chamber (18). |
