Disclosed is an anti-rolling apparatus for a ship which has a bilge keel contained in a hull. The disclosed anti-rolling apparatus for the ship comprises a containment room installed on the center of the bottom of the hull; a bilge keel which is installed inside the containment room to be able to vertically move, and descends to protrude from the bottom surface of the ship; and a winch member which is installed inside the hull, and moves the bilge keel up and down in the containment room. The anti-rolling device for the ship controls the protrusion length of the bilge keel according to the characteristics of sailing areas to prevent damage to the bilge keel and reduce hell resistance during sailing.
