METHOD FOR CONNECTING TERMINAL TO ALUMINUM WIRE AND APPARATUS FOR DISPERSING RESIN USED IN THE SAME METHOD

A method for connecting a terminal to an aluminum wire to prevent corrosion is provided. The method for connecting the terminal to the aluminum wire includes: a process for fixing a terminal on one end of a wire including an aluminum conductor and a coverage; a process for coating liquid insulation resin in a part where the terminal and the conductor are coupled; and a process for hardening the coated insulation resin. The method for connecting the terminal to the aluminum wire is able to prevent corrosion of the aluminum wire and reduce manufacturing costs.
