<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil suction device which can reduce the drive torque of a mechanical oil pump which is driven by rotation transmitted from a drive source of a vehicle, and can effectively reduce a loss imparted to the drive source.SOLUTION: An oil suction device comprises an air suction valve (20) arranged in a suction zone in which the oil of an oil storage part (2) is sucked to an oil pump (10). The air suction valve (20) comprises: a first communication passage (21) communicating with an atmosphere side (100); a second communication passage (22) communicating with a suction port (11) of the oil pump (10); and a valve mechanism (23) which can switch opening and closing between the first communication passage (21) and the second communication passage (22). When the oil suction pressure (P) of the oil pump (10) reaches negative pressure not higher than prescribed pressure (P), the valve mechanism (23) is opened, and thereby air sucked from the air suction valve (20) is mixed with oil sucked to a suction pipe (30) from the oil storage part (2).</p> |
