The present invention relates to a smart manual providing method and a smart manual providing apparatus. According to the present invention, manuals of household appliances or office machines can be presented through an NFC tag by using a smart device. In addition, inquiries on product usage or comment information on product performance improvement can be registered in a manual management server by using the smart device. The result can be checked through a notification service. Furthermore, even when the NFC tag is damaged, the NFC tag can be newly generated. Therefore, according to the present invention, a client can easily access the manual and can interactively communicate with a product development company through fast feedback. After the manual management server processes opinions of users, the processed information on the opinions of the user can be provided to the product development company at a cost. Thus, it can be expected to create new profit. |
