<p>The present invention relates to a deburring apparatus using an abrasive material. According to the present invention, the abrasive material is injected through a hole formed in a cylinder block so that the burr attached in the cylinder block is removed. The present invention includes a chamber that is positioned on a back surface of a first air blowing device, is provided with a door, a frame, and a mesh net, and has a support supporting the cylinder block at a lower end; a gun unit that removes bur through the center of the cylinder block on a side surface of the chamber; a storage unit that is provided with a dirty tank, a first motor, and a first pump so that the bur separated from the cylinder block by the gun unit can be stored, has a clean tank, a second motor, and a second pump mounted so that the abrasive material as a cleaning solution can be stored and supplied, and is transported along multiple pipes; and an air injection unit where multiple nozzles are mounted so as to inject air into the chamber from an air tank on one side after the gun unit passes through the center of the cylinder block and before the cylinder block is transported by a transport robot. The gun unit that injects the abrasive material can remove the bur formed in the cylinder block and remaining inside through the center. Accordingly, user convenience and safety can be maximized along with product quality.</p> |
