PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detector capable of correctly detecting a foreign matter in a magnetic field.SOLUTION: The detector includes: a measurement section and a foreign matter detection section. The measurement section measures a voltage from a measuring coil disposed in the vicinity of a power reception coil for receiving the power supplied via a magnetic field as measured coil voltage. The foreign matter detection section acquires at least one electric characteristic value from the power reception coil and the measuring coil based on the measured coil voltage, and when the electric characteristic value is smaller than a predetermined lower limit threshold, the foreign matter detection section detects a foreign matter in the magnetic field. |
