<p>The present invention relates to a system and a method for providing stock information to determine an undervalued stock item, capable of: determining an undervalued company in a more objective method; and determining an item having high investment value by combining different types of stock indexes to derive a fair value index. The method of the present invention includes: a collecting step of collecting company information and stock indexes; an auxiliary index calculating step of calculating auxiliary indexes based on the stock indexes; an auxiliary index ranking calculating step of calculating respective rankings of the auxiliary indexes; a value index calculating step of combining the respective auxiliary indexes for items and calculating value indexes by summing up the rankings of the auxiliary indexes; and a value index ranking determining step of determining respective rankings of the value indexes combined with the auxiliary indexes in order of low values of the value indexes. Therefore, the value indexes are calculated in a manner of combining the rankings of the different types of auxiliary indexes while calculating the stock index through a two-step process, thereby providing objective and reliable stock information.</p> |
