<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press molding machine comprising a punch, a top die disposed above the punch, and a blank holder disposed around the punch, where when the top die is declined, a blank material is sandwiched by the top die and the blank holder, and in this state the top die and the punch mold the blank material by press molding, and to easily adjust a clearance formed between the top die and the blank holder when the blank material is sandwiched by the top die and the blank holder.SOLUTION: First and second distance blocks 10, 110 are rotatably disposed on a blank holder 3 and a top die 2, respectively. Among four contact faces having different heights respectively formed on the tip ends of the first and second distance blocks 10, 110, one contact face can contact another contact face. By rotating the first and second distance blocks 10, 110, contact faces contacting with each other are changed, and thereby the size of a clearance CL is changed.</p> |
