<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method which can produce trimanganese tetraoxide in higher efficiency than conventional production methods.SOLUTION: A method for producing trimanganese tetraoxide comprises a crystallization process where manganese tetraoxide is crystallized from a manganese salt aqueous solution containing manganese ions without passing through manganese hydroxide. By a production process of trimanganese tetraoxide which, in the crystallization process, includes crystallization of trimanganese tetraoxide with an overall volumetric oxygen transfer coefficient set at 2.2 minor more, trimanganese tetraoxide can be produced in higher efficiency.</p> |
