<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticking device which allows for sticking in the atmosphere, by preventing inclusion of air bubbles due to pre-sticking surely, even if the size of a planar member to be stuck is large.SOLUTION: A sticking device 1 includes a plurality of suction means 20a-20c arranged at intervals in the sticking direction. Each suction means 20a-20c includes, respectively, a suction part 21 for suction-holding the upper surface 201 of a second planar member 200, a lifting part 24 for lifting and lowering the suction part 21, and a swinging part 23 for coupling the lifting part 24 and the suction part 21 so that the suction part 21 can swing with respect to the lifting part 24. The suction part 21 of suction means (e.g., 20c) on the downstream side in the sticking direction suction-holds the second planar member 200 at a position higher than the suction part 21 of suction means (e.g., 20b) on the upstream side, thus bringing the second planar member 200 into a predetermined curved posture.</p> |
