<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable photocoupler which is free from characteristic deterioration even during high-temperature operation.SOLUTION: The photocoupler includes: an input-side lead frame; an output-side lead frame; a light-emitting element mounted on the input-side lead frame; a light-receiving element mounted on the output-side lead frame; a potting resin covering the light-emitting element; a translucent mold resin which integrally seals the potting resin including the light-emitting element, the light-receiving element, a part of the input-side lead frame, and a part of the output-side lead frame; and a light-shielding mold resin which covers the translucent mold resin, another part of the input-side lead frame, and another part of the output-side lead frame. The potting resin has an Asker C hardness of 15 to 28 (inclusive) or a Shore A hardness of 5 to 15 (inclusive).</p> |
