PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage planning of physical distribution operation and execution and performance of work along the planning.SOLUTION: A physical distribution management system 100 includes management server means 116 for managing cargo information related to each cargo handling operation along a collection and delivery plan, and a plurality of terminal means 130 which are attached to respective vehicles 132 for managing execution of the work along the collection and delivery plan. The terminal means 130 includes cargo chamber inspection instruction accepting means 280 for accepting inspection instruction for a cargo 200 group in a cargo chamber 132a of the vehicle 132 before completion of current cargo handling operation along the collection and delivery plan of its own, collation means 288 which collates the information of the cargo group read by a radio tag reader 134 from a radio tag 212 attached to a cargo 210 with the cargo information managed by the management server means 116, and limitation means 284 which, on the basis of collation result, limits transition of a current cargo handling operation to a completion state in a case in which the cargo group in the cargo chamber does not agree with a state managed by the management server means. |
