<p>According to the present invention, a cold and hot water generator for a cold and hot mat is capable of improving cooling efficiency and reducing cooling time by a cooling method using a thermoelectric element and by the zigzagged water path structure of a heat exchange plate compared with an existing air-cooling method using ice. In addition, the cold and hot water generator is capable of generating hot water quickly by having small capacities of a hot-water container and a PCT heater, and is capable of minimizing power consumption and preventing the generation of noise by a non-powered method capable of naturally circulating the hot water when pressure is generated by a rise in the temperature of water. Furthermore, the cold and hot water generator is capable of providing a convenient user control panel, so a user can conveniently set up temperature in the cold and hot mat by stages, and can sleep deeply at an optimal sleep temperature by operating the cold and hot water generator in a sleep mode when sleeping.</p> |
