Disclosed is a biomarker having gene expression be increased or reduced specifically for sensitive skin. The biomarker specific to sensitive skin is used in such a diagnosis kit for sensitive skin and a screening method of stimulation releasing agent. The diagnosis kit comprises: one or more polynucleotide as polynucleotide of NFYA transcription factor gene or a fragment of the same wherein the fragment includes ten or more continuous nucleotide, or the polynucleotide and polynucleotide complementary to the fragment; and a solid support having the polynucleotide bind to the surface.
