A case-free cartridge comprises a bullet with a hollow cylindrical body, a missile charge from combustible material and an ignition charge. The bullet body is equipped with a solid head part with a core. The tail part of the bullet body is expanded and pressed by a sprocket in a cone-shaped manner.
