摘要 The present invention relates to a ball joint assembly device and method for precisely controlling an assembly length, and more particularly, to a ball joint assembly device and method for precisely controlling an assembly length, which include: a first scaler for measuring a forming error of a tie rod end part; a second scaler for measuring the assembly length of the ball joint assembly; an assembly length calculation part for reflecting the tie rod forming error measured by the first scaler to the assembly length of the ball joint assembly measured by the second scaler to calculate an actual assembly length of the ball joint assembly; and a control unit for stopping a servo motor to complete the assembly of the ball joint assembly when the actual assembly length calculated by the assembly length calculation part is within a permitted error range. Thus, when the ball joint assembly is assembled, an inner ball joint part may rotate to be assembled by using the servo motor to which the forming error of the tie rod end part is reflected and having a quick response characteristic, thereby significantly precisely controlling the actual assembly length of the ball joint assembly.
