ACRYLIC-LATEX MODIFIED RAPID SETTING CONCRETE COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed is a reformed rapid hardening acrylic-latex concrete composition, wherein a latex cover layer delays the reaction of hydration of cement and prevents ettringite which is an initial reaction material from being generated, stopping an initial intensity expression from being inhibited. The concrete composition comprises 15-20 wt% of rapid hardening cement composition whose intensity expression maintains stability for a long time when mixed with water and aggregates; 35-40 wt% of fine aggregates which pass 2.5 mm net and remain at 0.08 mm net; 30-35 wt% of thick aggregates which pass 13 mm net and remain at 2.5 mm net; 4-7 wt% of reformed acrylic-latex; 0.04-0.07 wt% of citric acid monohydrate whose purity is 99% or more as a retardant to control working time; and 3.5-5 wt% of water.
