Transition between two loose jointed vehicles of an articulated vehicle

The transition (1) has a bellows (2) divided into two bellows halves (3) through a central frame (4). A detent device comprising a detent link i.e. detent roller, and a detent retainer is provided for centering the central frame of the bellows in a bisecting line. The detent link is connected with the detent retainer and provided in engagement with the central frame. The detent retainer is arranged at a platform (10). A top face of the detent retainer comprises a concave curvature for the detent link. The detent roller is movable against a force of a spring in a vertical direction.
