摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which, in a conventional composite scintillator in which absorption parts and the like are filled in holes of the porous scintillator, most of light is absorbed as the ratio between the thickness in the optical waveguide direction and a structural period of a composite becomes small, and it sometimes becomes difficult to acquire a light amount enough for forming a sufficient image.SOLUTION: A scintillator has a first surface 26 and a second surface 27 which are not located on the same surface, and it includes a plurality of first phases 11 and second phases 12 located around the plurality of first phases. In a wavelength range of scintillator light, a refractive index of the plurality of first phases and a refractive index of the second phases are different. Out of the plurality of first phases and the second phases, in the phases having lower refractive index, absorption parts 15 for absorbing the scintillator light are provided between the first surface and the second surface.</p>
