According to the present invention, in a tension control system for roll-to-roll equipment, a servo motor multi-control apparatus for roll-to-roll equipment comprises: servo drivers controlling multiple servo motors connected to separately drive multiple rotary rolls respectively; multiple slave controllers outputting control signals to the servo drivers arranged in predetermined units of channels; a master controller outputting a signal, which controls the velocity and the torque of the corresponding servo motor, to the slave controller in each of the channels when communicating with the slave controllers; and a PLC controlling the entire roll-to-roll equipment while linked with the master controller, wherein the tension control system for the roll-to-roll equipment controls the tension of a fabric using a tension sensor sensing the tension of the fabric between the roll-to-roll equipment and installed to be separated from the fabric at a predetermined distance. According to the present invention, the servo motor multi-control apparatus for the roll-to-roll equipment has the slave controllers and the master controllers to effectively control the driving of the servo motors respectively installed on the rotary rolls moving the fabric, thereby efficiently controlling the servo motors by the predetermined units. |
