PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible wiring board having an excellent electric property without sacrificing the feature of a flexible film substrate, and to provide a mount structure of such a flexible wiring board.SOLUTION: A flexible wiring board comprises: a film substrate having flexibility and a wiring line made of a composite material of a nano metal and carbon nanotube and provided on the film substrate. In the wiring line, the nano metal consists of a silver nano metal, and the carbon nanotube is composed of a multilayer carbon nanotube (MWCNT). The flexible wiring board having the wiring line can be suitably used as a flexible wiring board for mounting a device which uses holes as carriers therein. |
