The present invention relates to a water-soluble paint composition for a vehicle and to a method for coating a vehicle using the same and, more specifically, to a water-soluble paint composition for a vehicle which can be applied to an economic and environmentally friendly middle removing type coating method of a vehicle, improve an efficiency of a coating process, providing excellent exterior of a final coated layer and improved various properties, and to a method for coating a vehicle using the method.
