The sensor has multiple sensitive elements integrated in an assembly (2) and comprising patterns that are made of a magneto-resistive material, where resistance of the magneto-resistive material varies based on a magnetic field to be detected. A conditioning device i.e. comparator (3), delivers a first signal (S) representing the magnetic field. A processing device processes a second signal (W) that represents total resistance of the assembly. The processing device delivers a third signal (T) that represents an assembly temperature independent of the magnetic field. An independent claim is also included for a system for determination of a displacement parameter of a movable element relative to a fixed structure.
