The present invention relates to a method for preparing anhydrosugar alcohols having an improved production efficiency through process simplification. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for preparing anhydrosugar alcohols with 95% or more of final purity at low cost and high efficiency without a distillation step by filtering the conversion reaction results, crystallizing, and purifying which is different from a conventional method of dehydrating hydride sugar to convert into anhydrosugar alcohol and processing through distillation, crystallization, and purification processes.
