The present invention relate to an apparatus for disposing food waste. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a storage chamber (10); a heating part (20) which heats the food waste contained in a containing vacant part (13) of the storage chamber (10) at predetermined temperature; a moisture collection part (30) which condenses steam from the food waste by cooling the steam and then collects distilled water; a moisture discharging part (40) which purifies distilled water collected in the moisture collection part (30) and then discharges the purified water to the outside; a grinder (50) which grinds the food waste; and a driving motor (60) which transfers rotation driving power to the grinder (50).
