PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device which improves productivity, reduces the generation of outgas, prevents the occurrence of resonant frequency fluctuation and torque fluctuation, and prevents the generation of rust.SOLUTION: A rolling bearing device 1 includes: two rolling bearings which include an inner ring and an outer ring comprising metal material containing chromium and carbon and arranged coaxially with each other, and a plurality of rolling bodies arranged with intervals in the circumferential direction in an annular space between the inner ring and outer ring; a shaft 31 which is fit to each inner ring; and a coating member Z with which an edge surface in the shaft direction of the inner ring 21 is covered. Therein, the edge surface in the shaft direction of the inner ring 21 covered with the coating member Z is welded by laser with respect to the shaft 31, and the inner ring 21 welded by laser has a protrusion part 21b which prevents the coating member Z from advancing to a raceway 21a of a rolling body 25 on the inner ring 21. |
