The present invention relates to an operation method of a memory system including a non-volatile memory and a memory controller that is configured to control the non-volatile memory. The operation method comprises the steps of: receiving a read command and a read address; performing a reading of the non-volatile memory according to the read command and the read address; and performing reliability verify-reading of the non-volatile memory based on the read command and the read address. Reliability verify-reading is performed every time when the number of the read commands received reaches a random number.
