PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flaw detection device in which the amount of oil supplied and the amount of oil sucked can be effectively adjusted.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic flaw detection device 1 includes: a flaw detection head 10 having ultrasonic transducers 120; oil seals 20 mounted on the front side and the back side of the ultrasonic transducers 120; oil supply means that supplies oil to a seal area S surrounded by the oil seals 20; and oil suction means that sucks oil from the seal area S and oil leaked to the outside of the seal area S, together with air. The oil suction means has a first suction passage 14a and a second suction passage 14b communicated with the first suction passage 14a. A suction-amount adjusting valve B for adjusting the amount of oil and air sucked is provided at a junction between the first suction passage 14a and the second suction passage 14b.
