Provided is a method for managing an online golf game in a negative compensation way which comprises the steps of: recording occurrence of an event of a predetermined condition of an online game; storing an event continuous occurrence record when the event is continuously recorded at least two times; determining a compensation item corresponding to the stored event continuous occurrence record when the event fails in continuous event occurrence after storing; and deleting the stored event continuous occurrence record when the online game is stopped in a state in which the event does not fail in the event continuous occurrence.
