The present invention relates to a composition for treating xeroderma and a manufacturing method thereof, and utilizes mixed extracts of Portulaca oleracea, Zizania latifolia, and Centella asiatica; and mixed extracts of Lithospermum erythrorhizon, Korean angelica, dried Rehmannia glutinosa, Angelica dahurica root, Lonicer aflower, and Cortex phellodendri. Specifically, the present invention utilizes an extracting method by a distillation of Portulaca oleracea, Zizania latifolia, and Centella asiatica under reduced pressure; and an extracting method by infusing Lithospermum erythrorhizon, Korean angelica, Rehmannia glutinosa, Angelica dahurica root, Lonicer aflower, and Cortex phellodendri in vegetable oil. |
