PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device capable of suppressing scattering when washing starts.SOLUTION: A sanitary washing device includes: a washing nozzle which washes the body of a user by injecting water from a water discharge part; water supply switching means which switches between water supply to the washing nozzle and cut-off; water force switching means which adjusts at least one of the flow rate and the arrival area of water injected from the water discharge part, and switches among three or more stages of water force; control means; and instruction means which instructs the control means on the start of injection and the change of water force. A water force, which is other than the highest and lowest water forces among the three or more water forces and has the least arrival area of water among the water forces other than the highest and lowest water forces, is set as a standard water force. The control means controls the water supply switching means upon receiving an instruction of injection start from the instruction means to start water supply to a washing nozzle, and controls the water force switching means to start water injection with the standard water force. |
