PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool device holder improving productivity by ensuring a feature of light weight and reducing contents of glass fiber, and carbon fiber and having excellent mechanical strength while having a small dimensional change ratio and appropriate flexibility even when water-soluble cutting oil is used. SOLUTION: The tool device holder constituent material is a material for constituting a holder of the tool device using water-soluble cutting oil in processing.
