The present invention discloses an organic light emitting display device. The organic light emitting display device of the present invention comprises a display substrate; multiple organic light emitting diodes formed on the display substrate and separated by a pixel defined layer; a sealing substrate facing the display substrate and covering the organic light emitting diode; and a charge member formed between the display substrate and the sealing substrate and arranged to correspond to the pixel defined layer, wherein the charging member absorbs visible rays.
