<p>The present invention relates to a non-power oil supply apparatus for a vacuum pump having a casing (10), vacuum blades (11), bearings (13), a mechanical seal (14), a lubrication flow path (15), and a lubrication oil, wherein the non-power oil supply comprises: a body (20) installed to connect the lower side of the casing (10) and the upper side of the lubrication flow path (15) by a pipe (18); and a driving part (30) circulating the part of oil in the pipe (18) by an impeller installed inside the body (20). In addition, according to the present invention, the body (20) includes: fluid ports (21, 22) through which the part of coolant or air flowing into or from the vacuum pump passes; and lubrication ports (25, 26) through which the part of the oil passes, and the driving part (30) includes a driving impeller (34) and a driven impeller (36) on the same shaft (32), and transfers the oil to the driven impeller (36) receiving the rotating force of the driving impeller (34). Therefore, according to the present invention, the oil is smoothly supplied to the bearings and the mechanical seal by pressure in a coolant supply part or an air discharge part so that main function parts can be accurately sealed, cooled, and lubricated by minimum power.</p> |
