PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheath material for a lithium ion battery which has excellent electrolyte resistance, and to provide the lithium ion battery using the sheath material.SOLUTION: A sheath material 1 for a lithium ion battery according to the invention includes: a base material layer 11; an adhesion layer 12; a metal foil layer 13; a corrosion prevention treatment layer 14; an adhesive resin layer 15; and a sealant layer 16 in this order. A base compound of an adhesive forming the adhesive layer 12 contains at least a polyolefin resin. |
