The tire has tread (1) comprising grooves along axial width. The maximum depth (13) of grooves in shoulder region (10) is lower than 2mm with respect to maximum depth (12) of grooves in center region (9). The outer contour of tread in center region is made flat such that outer contour radius difference (ArdM) between zenith (S) and axial ends (91,92) of center region is less than 1mm. The outer contour of tread in region (11) of transition with shoulder region is configured such that outer contour radius difference (ArdS) between zenith and region of transition is 3-5mm.
