PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective material having high reflectivity which is suppressed in deterioration due to heat and can efficiently extract light over a long period of time, and also to provide a light-emitting device.SOLUTION: A reflective material constituting a reflective layer 15 has a function of reflecting light emitted from a light-emitting element 12 toward a light extraction surface of a light-emitting device 1. The reflection material has a polysiloxane compound and a light diffusion agent. The light diffusion agent contains a first light diffusion particle whose average particle diameter is 10 nm or more and less than 400 nm, and a second light diffusion particle whose average particle diameter is 400 nm or more and 5.0 μm or less. |
