The present invention minimizes capacitance deviation of signal transmission wires and a second electrode and minimizes resistance deviation of the signal transmission wires by forming an auxiliary electrode on the signal transmission wire which is extended from a pad part of an organic light emitting display device. In addition, the present invention provides the organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof which are capable of minimizing an outer region of a display region by minimizing the formation region of the signal transmission wires and reducing the capacitance of the second electrode and the resistance of the signal transmission wires of the organic light emitting display device.
