The invention relates to a functional surface grinding apparatus for a skid loader connected to the skid loader, and allows the grinding process to be easy and precise. An embodiment of the present invention for the surface grinding apparatus for the skid loader comprises: a housing unit which has an opened lower surface and a space inside; a rotation driving unit coupled onto the upper surface of a housing unit to be rotated and has a first guide with an inclined surface; a vertical driving unit which has a second guide contacted with the first guide and allows the second guide to be moved vertically by being guided by the inclined surface of the first guide when the rotation driving unit is rotated; and an elastic supporting unit connected to the vertical driving unit, moves integrally with the vertical driving unit, and allows a tool unit and one end to perform the grinding process to be connected to the upper surface of the housing unit, and allows the other end to be connected to the tool unit to support the tool unit elastically.
