PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a function of removing sediments to a sticking preventive plate for preventing direct sticking of sediments scooped by a claw, to eliminate sticking of sediments particularly to the fixed position of the sticking preventive plate when fixing the sticking preventive plate to a shield cover of a rotary working machine. SOLUTION: The rotary working machine mounted to the rear part of a tractor includes a working rotor 5 supported to a working machine body 10 traveling with the tractor, and the shield cover 1 having a shield cover body 2 covering the upper part of the working rotor 5, and an apron 3 connected to the rear side in the traveling direction to cover the rear part of the working rotor 5. One or more elastic soil-removing members 4 are fixed to the working rotor 5 side surface of the shield cover body 2, in a position on one side in the circumferential direction, and one or more elastic soil-removing members 4 are fixed to the working rotor 5 side surface of the apron 3, in a position on one side in the circumferential direction.
