The present invention relates to a compact mechanical compressor, a compressing method, an analysis system having the compressor and an analysis method thereof. More specifically, a compact mechanical compressor includes: a compression cylinder comprising a gas injection part comprising a compression chamber at one inner end and being injected with a low pressure gas and a gas discharge part for discharging a compressed high pressure gas, and having a first screw thread having a specific interval on the outer circumference; a plunger comprised in the compression cylinder; and a compressor comprising a pressing part for moving a plunger by contacting the plunger by being inserted into the other end of the compression cylinder and a mechanical combination part having a second screw thread formed to gear with the first screw thread on the inner circumference as being connected to the pressing part. The compact mechanical compressor compresses the gas injected into the compression chamber by moving the plunger side by side, by driving the compressor. |
