PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of preventing rusting of a clutch in a hybrid driving device having the clutch for connecting/disconnecting an output shaft of an engine with/from an input shaft which rotates in association with driving wheels and a motor generator which rotates in association with rotations of the input shaft.SOLUTION: A hybrid driving device includes: an engine EG which outputs a rotation driving force to an output shaft EG-1; an input shaft 51 which rotates in association with rotations of driving wheels Wr, Wl of a vehicle; a clutch 20 which connects/disconnects the output shaft EG-1 with/from the input shaft 51; a clutch actuator 50 which operates the clutch 20; a first motor generator MG1 which rotates in association with rotations of the input shaft 51; a rust occurrence determination part 40 which determines that rust may occur in the clutch 20; and a rust occurrence prevention part 40 which operates the clutch actuator 50 when the rust occurrence determination part 40 determines that the rust may occur in the clutch 20.
